Reception Year Admissions
PROSPECTIVE PARENT VISITS FOR PARENTS OF CHILDREN ENTERING RECEPTION YEAR IN SEPTEMBER 2025
We know that choosing the right school for your child is an important decision and an exciting time for parents, and we are pleased to welcome prospective parents to an Open Morning, during which the Head Teacher and Deputy Head will share our school vision for each child and let you know what makes Southfield Park such a wonderful place to learn. Part of the presentation will be a video of the children and some glimpses into the classrooms, after which you will then be taken on a tour of the school by some of our best ambassadors - our Year 6 children.
The application process for Reception places for September 2025 will open at the end of October 2024. If your child was born was born between 1 September 2020 and 31 August 2021, then you need to apply for their place by the closing date on 15th January 2025. After this your application may be considered to be 'late' and a place allocated after all other applications have been dealt with.
