Home Learning for Years 1-6 is moving to Google Classrooms. You should have received an email about it, with a letter attached which explains how it works and how to access and use it; this is also shown at the bottom of this page, for information.
The separate Home Learning pages for Years 1-6 are no longer being used, so below please find all the links to the additional resources, plus all the teachers’ emails.

https://www.oxfordowl.co.uk/for-home/find-a-book/library-page/ Oxford Owl Reading Website. This website provides access to a range of books which the children can read, or can read along to. The books are colour banded so, if your child is on a particular colour band, you can match their reading ability perfectly. There are books for all primary ages and follow up activities. It is a free service. You will need to create an account for your children to use and will need to provide an email address.
Twinkl - all subjects
This is more for printouts, and usually at a fee, but they are offering a month of free access to parents in the event of school closures.

Follow these steps: Click on 'Resources' --> 'schemes of learning' --> 'Primary SOL' --> Then click the Year 2 tab above the timetable --> Then click on an area of the timetable. E.g. Number: Place Value to open the different documents

This website is useful for finding stimuli to inspire children's writing and to practise reading skills
Phonics Play - Phonics practise
This website is useful for phonics practise and to help remember alternative diagraphs in a fun way!
